the paradise love contract case
sky woo cher sheng is being caught on 30th september 2006 . . both the convict and the victim are the defender and the prosecutor themselves . . after some rounds of trials . . he is found guilty on the very same day . . he has breached the love contract of tianting under the section of "promises" . . this is not his first offence . . and his act of breaking the vows repeatedly has caused a serious hurting to the victim hui ting . . the victim might not be able to have faith and trust in love anymore . . and this might affect the victim's life tremendously . . the judge strongly feels that this type of behaviour shouldn't be allowed in people's love lives . . and that he has to be responsible for his own acts . .
however due to the convict's sincere appeal and high bribery of bears bears . . the judge sees that he is really remorseful . . and he is hoping for a chance to repent for his mistakes . . after some careful reconsiderations . . the judge is willing to give him one more chance to turn over a new leaf . . he will be officially released from the court tomorrow . . but he will still be under probation as there is a high risk that he will repeat his offences . . in addition . . to pay for the impacts which he has made on the victim . . such as more white hair + more wrinkles + bigger & deeper panda eyes . . sky has to take the responsibility to take care of hui ting forever . . no appeal and bribery is allowed for this penalty . .
